Orders delivered to Slovakia
Variants for delivery of goods from your order:
1. – cash on delivery, delivery by Slovak Post or DPD courier
Packages are usually sent within 2 days after order confirmation via Slovak Post – by registered letter for orders up to 2kg, or by parcel for orders up to 30kg. The price of postage (shipping) is displayed during order creation, or by DPD courier according to current conditions.
2. – payment by bank transfer, delivery by Slovak Post or DPD courier
If when placing an order you choose the option of paying for the goods by bank transfer to the supplier’s account, the goods will also be shipped within 2 days after receiving the payment (registering the bank transfer), or by DPD courier according to current conditions.
3. – personal collection of the ordered goods.
You can also collect the goods directly at the place of business. It is possible to pay for the order by bank transfer (before receiving the goods and confirming receipt of payment to the supplier’s account), or in cash upon receipt of the goods.
Postage, packaging, insurance…
The transport fee includes postage, packaging and possibly insurance.

Variants for delivery of goods from your order:
1. – cash on delivery, delivery by Slovak and Czech Post
Packages are usually sent within 2 days after order confirmation via Slovak Post – in the form of a package for orders up to 10kg. The price of postage (delivery) is displayed during order creation. You will pay the goods to Czech Post in the national currency.
2. – payment by bank transfer, delivery by Slovak and Czech Post
If you choose the option of paying for the goods by bank transfer to the supplier’s account when placing an order, the goods will also be shipped within 2 days after receiving the payment (registering the bank transfer).
3. – personal collection of the ordered goods.

Orders outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic
The online store www.isokor.sk is systemically set up only for ordering goods with delivery to the territory of the Slovak and Czech Republics. The reason is the frequent changes in the prices of shipping companies according to the place of delivery and thus the complicated administration of orders created in the e-shop. However, it is possible to order and deliver goods to the territory of EU member states, except for locations where customs declaration of goods is required. If you are interested in delivering goods outside the Slovak Republic, contact our customer support by phone or via the contact form (see menu above). We can process the order manually, without using the e-shop internet system.
